1. Eligibility for Return
We accept returns only if:
- Wrong product received
- Damaged product received
- Size mismatch (if mentioned in product details)
Returns must be requested within 48 hours of delivery with unboxing video.
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Abayas with custom size or special stitching
- Used or altered items
- Clearance/final sale products
3. Refund Method
After verification, refund will be processed within 3–7 working days to your original payment method or wallet.
4. Exchange
Exchange is subject to availability of size/design.
